Hazards

t1.gif (1059 bytes) Rocks in middle of channel.  Refer to enlargement for proper passage.

t2.gif (1026 bytes) Rock bar extending from point in channel between Stone and Spider Lakes.  Follow contour of shore.  Do not cut across rock bar!

t3.gif (1028 bytes) Shallow rock bar.   Keep clear!

t4.gif (1030 bytes) Shallow channel leading to Wild Rice.  Proceed at own risk!

General Safe boating Rules

Navigate channels in the center following the contour of the shore line.
Stay clear of all points.  Rock and sand bars usually extend from a pointed piece of land.
Stay 200' from shore.
All channels have a NO WAKE speed limit.  These channels are marked with a 4' orange and white bouy.

Water Skiing Rules

Hours are limited to 9 AM to 7 PM.
You must have a second person in the boat to watch the skier.
You must maintain a distance of 200' from the shore.
